Under the supervision of a former Yokozuna, former top-division sumo wrestlers share the traditions and techniques of sumo. Guests can watch a thrilling, powerful sumo show right before their eyes, followed by an engaging guided performance that vividly introduces the rich history and authentic culture of Japan’s national sport.
Enjoy exciting sumo and mochi-making experiences with former wrestlers! Test your strength by stepping into the ring for a fun sumo match challenge. Then, try your hand at traditional Japanese mochi pounding alongside the wrestlers for an unforgettable hands-on activity. It is a fantastic cultural experience for everyone—children are warmly welcome!

Strollers can be stored at the entrance. They are not permitted inside the venue.
At SUMOLAND TOKYO SIGNATURE, general seating has limited space between seats and involves the use of portable stoves for cooking, so we kindly ask that you refrain from holding infants in these areas. Box seats are available for those who wish to hold their infants while watching the show.
At SUMOLAND TOKYO EXPRESS, children aged 2 and under may watch the show while being held by an accompanying adult.

Reservations for the sumo and mochi-pounding experiences are not accepted in advance. If you wish to participate, please raise your hand when prompted during the show. If there are many participants, a representative from each group may be selected, or participants may be chosen by lottery. Children are welcome to participate.
